So far, I like the product. I did send an email through their website with a couple of questions and never got a response.
Also, after making the purchase and having it delivered, I noticed on their website that they had a card with information on how to use it for other purposes (ratios). I was very disappointed that they actually charge a few dollars for this card, plus having to get it mailed. I think this card should have been included with the unit, even if it raised the price by $3. Alternatively, they could just offer it as a free download. Small details that make a big difference.
I’ve seen a lot of videos on this and I finally decided to get one. I’ve been playing around with it for little over a week and it’s really great. Small, easy to use and full proof. I’m in an area that floods and gets hit with hurricanes often so this is my little insurance policy. I have water purifiers and filters but I like to layer my protection. If I only had one thing, I’d take this. I might get another for my vehicle since I’m always on the road.
What an amazing product!... Purify water on the go anywhere anytime any type of water potentially only some type of way to filter the water for cleanliness. As far as appearance goes, the fact that this thing can purify water is just awesome and it only needs salt and the amount that it can do. I'm in a country where this is desperately needed. There are earthquakes tsunamis tropical storms mudslides massive rainfall that all damaged the infrastructure causing water failures. This is a tool that is needed
I have the manual for my device but having the info as a bandana is a more useful option!
I lose or leave behind a lot of things out in the bush…lol…Good to have a couple extra bottles!

Item arrived in new condition with all contents listed in description. Electrolysis system works without issue, treated and examined water gathered from a contaminated source. Observed no living bacteria, protozoa, cysts, giardia, or cryptosporidium in treated samples.
Functions perfectly. One of the coolest most useful pieces of gear I have! Definitely worth the money.
